35 Minutes Later at Popeyes…

Our food was ready.

Popeyes has good chicken and there’s no doubt about that. But I tend to stay away from them because back home you can only find them in very ghetto urban areas.

We pulled up in the drive through and there were only 2 cars in front of us. I peaked inside and I could see 3 workers, and there werepopeyes-chicken.jpg no customers in the building, so I was confident that our wait wouldn’t be too long.

15 minutes pass and we are still in the same spot; we haven’t moved. Yet unfortunately 5 people have walked inside. So there’s 2 cars in front of us; 5 people inside, and my stomach is screaming for mercy.

10 minutes later we place our order yet I am very confused as to how the heck I am supposed to see the menu. Maybe it’s easy to see from the drivers side, but I couldn’t read it, I attribute this to bad architecture. The cashier was very friendly which I appreciated. She told us that if we wanted fries it would be a 7 minute wait. I said we’ve waited this long so we might as well wait for what we want.

10 minutes later we had our food.

Start to finish 35 minutes.
